Very Well Made

I ordered these throguh Amazon and very impressed with the quality, the materials and used and stitching are super high quality. They should last a long time! My daughter is so easy to calm down when injured with these and loves choosing the face or colour.
My only complaint would be the acrylic smell from the plastic front, not a massive issue, I would suggest allowing the packs to air out before placing the packs in the fridge or freezer.

My first order of Monster gel packs was lost and not only did they replace the order for free, they added another pack of 4! Great customer service! Also... gel packs are so cute. The children with autism that we work with love them.

Really cute ice paks for children.

These are really cute and useful however my only complaint is that they are difficult to wash given the directions provided. For ice paks, it's nice if you can wash them without worrying about damaging the aesthetics. Overall, great design and perfect for children however. Also, great bargain!

Good product

The durability is much better than other boo-boo ice packs I've gotten in the past. I love the little hand strap and soft backside that makes it not too cold to handle. My only complaint is that I feel the gel does not stay cold very long. I feel other ice packs last longer. But at the same time it freezes quickly and since there's 4, we tend to just switch them out. So overall, I would say it's a good product.
